Reconstructed Constitution Mural
I’m thankful to have been asked to recreate this historical document depicting the first black representatives of the Louisiana Legislature. At a time in our countrys history where black stories are being suppressed and outright erased by those who seek to dim the light that we shine this piece stands as a reminder of determination, and strength in focused, strategic, action. Thank you to the fellas at the Autocrat Social Aid and Pleasure Club for the honor of blessing their wall. Huge thanks to my man Charlie Vaughn Jr. of Uptown Artwerx for the portrait work on all these faces. Couldn’t have done it without you.

Autocrat Club Wall
This project wouldnt have happened if not for Keith Plessy and the folks at the Autocrat Club. To both celebrate the historic space and share some of our important history, this piece was created to discourage further vandalism of the space.

Charlie Vaughn II
Its always a blessing to share space or a canvas with this this New Orleans legend and was humbled to have him collab on this piece. Charlie V came to work many days after teaching to complete the portraits of all of the men in the mural.
